Stylish England Star Kevin Pietersen is out of England’s Twenty20 squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka next month. The career of Pietersen looks almost over after he admitted sending provocative text messages.

“He played superbly in our last Twenty20 World Cup, but the circumstances that exist at the moment mean that he can’t be selected for us,” England team director Andy Flower told Sky Sports television.

In 2010, Pietersen was awarded the player of the tournament and it was due to his superb performance, England won the T20 World Cup 2010. This time around, he will surely be missed.

firstly KP would have been booted automatically and on the spot from any south african or oz side. the english drawing out of the “affair” has been typically ridiculous.
but secondly, the guy wanted tp play on his own terms i.e. everything revolving around the IPL and the money. well, he can now, as long as they want him!then there’s always surrey!
as long as they want him in the dressing room since i’m sure he’ll manage to upset team mates sooner rather than later.
